2. Service Description
Quicky provides a delivery service connecting users with independent delivery agents (referred to as "Couriers") for the transportation of goods within Lebanon. We aim to offer fast, reliable, and efficient delivery for our customers.
3. User Registration
To use the services, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up-to-date and secure.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify Quicky immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Delivery Services
- Booking a Delivery: Users can request deliveries through the Quicky app. The delivery fee and estimated time will be provided at the time of booking.
- Package Requirements: All items to be delivered must comply with local laws and regulations. Quicky reserves the right to refuse or cancel any delivery that involves illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods.

5. Payment Terms

8. Limitation of Liability
- Quicky's Liability: Quicky will not be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during the delivery process, except in cases of gross negligence or fraud by the company.
- Force Majeure: Quicky will not be liable for any failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, road closures, or political instability.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Collection: By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Use
